[wppb Polterguys Vol. 1 Book Progress=35] Progress on Polterguys Vol. 1 35%
With Chapter 2 completed behind the scenes, the book is now about a third of the way done. It’s been pretty exhilarating working and putting up pages not long after. I’m super relieved and grateful people are enjoying Polterguys so far. But maybe I should really save these sentiments for the conclusion, huh? After all, there’s still a TON of ground to cover. Speaking of which, a weirdo…er… gentleman appears!
Now last week, I made the mistake of plugging a post about webcomics which should actually be my topic for the week after this. I’m saving the entire post for a bunch of awesome female creators and their past and present works I enjoyed so please stay tuned for that. Below, I’ll talk about my first real exposure to manga and a daring group of Filipino artists that showed me the possibilities of comics and publishing.

I will do my best to keep these pages rolling out. I continue My History with Manga & Comics blog post here.

Just a quick post to celebrate the fact that N and I successfully mailed out our Xeric Grant Application for Polterguys yesterday. After an intense three days dedicated to scrounging up the proper documents, we treated ourselves to some delicious baked goods at the Italian Bakery in Eagle Rock. Note to artists: It is entirely important to motivate and rewards yourselves with edible goods.
